I set about helping you?Firstly, we'd decide together what
you want to achieve.
Then, we'd work through a structure of:
Initiate > Reflect > Conclude > Plan > Initiate
We'd Initiate with me suggesting things for you to do -
activities to work through, people to see, questionnaires to do, information to research,
websites to visit, ... and you do whatever it is. When you've shared the results, we
discuss and Reflect on them to tease out the messages. This lets us
Conclude what they mean to you, what they suggest you should do (and
avoid), and what options you've got for moving forwards. Then I'd help you Plan
what you think is best for you to do, and we'd work out how you can do it. When you
actually do it, we've started to Initiate again.
This organised structure will get you to where you want to be. Sometimes, we
might go round more than once with different information and actions if you've got several
issues to tackle.
