I'm not an employment agency, so I don't have any jobs to offer you - but lots of people do.
Most of these websites let you store your CV so that employers can search for you, and many also email you with likely vacancies.
If you're in Britain ... The Guardian's Jobs Unlimited site is clear & helpful, with good extra services; it's the best for arts, creative, media & charity jobs. 
Gis-a-job is a fast site and "the original and largest free recruitment website in the UK".  It offers free job searches, free jobs by email & free CV storage.
Workthing has much more than its many job vacancies: there's also comprehensive, sensible advice on all aspects of careers and jobs.   Strongly recommended.
Total Jobs has a clear interface and useful links to "Hot Sectors" & "Hot Links"
Monster is another site which doesn't just focus on vacancies but has a variety of advice and information.
Reed is one of the biggest and best-organised UK recruitment websites and will even send vacancies direct to your mobile phone.
Just People's slogan is "Let them find you", and it aims to be an online headhunter.  The site also has interesting career advice.
Top Jobs is oriented towards jobs in Europe so is very useful if you want to broaden your horizons.
Gojobsite is a well-organised site which also keeps a helpful eye on European jobs.
If you're in the US (or want to be) ... If you're looking for a job in the Americas, try our Californian namesake, Career Solutions
If you're somewhere else Use one of the search engines to turn up local sites by searching on "employment" or "recruitment" or "job finding", plus the name of your country.
Other useful & amusing sites Here's some sites that have caught my eyes - no warranty is given or implied, but I hope there's something interesting here for you
Amusement Web-o-Rhythm will calculate your biorhythms and claims to be able to predict your ups & downs
Assessment My colleague Lynn Tulip is particularly skilled at assessing your skills & expertise.
Careers in the USA Another colleague, Tom Welch, is a helpful & knowledgeable Career Coach in the US
Working from home Homeworking is a valuable resource "for anyone wanting to work at home and anyone already working at home. You will find lots to get you started, help you find work at home and avoid scams".

The Internet Homeworking Directory lists lots of opportunities and has useful advice to help you succeed and avoid rip-offs

Learning Learndirect is a UK government initiative to make skills and qualifications accessible and affordable for everyone in Britain.   Choose from hundreds of online and face-to-face courses all over the UK.
Marketing Marketing Magic has good ideas to help you grow your business.
Develop yourself Mind Tools has a fascinating collection of valuable ideas
Self-assessment Shrink Tank has a huge range of both serious and fun psychometric tests
