About me

I've been helping people in Europe, Africa and the Middle East to learn skills and solve problems since 1977.  I'm a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and I have a Diploma in Counselling from Roehampton.  I'm married to Jan McMillan, the artist and craftswoman, and we live in a cohousing community that we helped to start in 1970.  We have three creatively successful children and three delightful grandchildren whom we don't see nearly often enough.
