I'll help you to find the practical
solution that feels right to you. You can have unlimited email exchanges with me and
can arrange to phone me. This lets us:

ideas, often in workbooks, and I'll suggest actions that'll help you sort things
out. I'll also suggest possible solutions and help you to choose between
them. I try to respond to your emails within 24 hours and usually do better
(as long as we don't get technical problems or other demonstrations of Murphy's
Law!)
