How I can help you

We’d start with you using lots of techniques to explore:

  where you are now
  how you got here
  your strengths, and what gives you trouble
  how you prefer to deal with others, work and life   
  what's worked best and what you want to improve
  what you've achieved and what you want to achieve

Some of this is on paper and some on the internet, using materials, activities and links that I send you.   It gives you the tools to find out what it is you really want and what you have that'll help you get it.

  Then we share, by email, phone or face to face, what’s important for you  
 
We work out objectives that feel right to you  
 
I offer information, advice and support for whatever you're doing
 
We find out what practical options you’ve got and discover their pros & cons   This lets you choose your best option (perhaps with a fall-back possibility)
 
We work out what you’ll do to achieve those objectives, and how to do it
 
While you do it, I walk beside you holding the toolbox
